Long description of interview: The group are all women and all work at Caffi Gwalia, the local cafe. One of the speakers is the co-owner. The discussion takes place in the cafe after the last shift of the day. All the speakers contribute to a lively discussion.
Women talk 'posher': Across the world in almost every language studied, females use more 'prestige', 'standard' forms of language. The exception is extreme Arabic societies where women do not participate in public life.
