Title: Great North Running
Paul is a taxi driver at Newcastle Central Station.
He's not as serious about running as he used to be, but he's still doing the Great North Run this year and has been competing in a number of other local runs recently as part of his training.
This is Paul's sixth Great North Run and this year he's raising money for The Big Issue.
The Great North Run is only a half marathon, but as Paul points out, it's not as easy as some people might expect, not least because much of it goes up hill.
Still, you've got to put the effort in, especially if you find you're about to be overtaken by someone wearing a daft costume ...!
