Title: No Excuses

Four years ago Deborah lost 10½ stone.

She was unhappy being almost 20 stone, but two things finally drove her to lose the weight. Firstly, her daughter was being teased about Deborah's weight at school; and secondly, she desperately wanted to have another baby, but her doctor had told her she was unlikely to whilst she was so obese.

Deborah lives on a limited budget and one of her excuses for not losing weight had previously been just that. As with many people, Deborah thought healthy eating was for wealthy people.

But as Deborah has shown, it's not. Anyone can eat healthily and anyone can lose weight.

(Deborah is now the proud mum of two children!)
