Title: Big Girl

As a teenager, Stephanie used to take dance classes.

She was slimmer than she is now, but her teacher used to call her a 'big girl'. Because of this, she regularly went on diets. Some of her friends had eating disorders.

When Stephanie bumped into her teacher as an adult, she was surprised by what she had to say.

Steph, a group of friends and I watched your video and we think your teacher needed a new pair of glasses. You look great! Good luck for the future, take care.

Christine, Newcastle upon Tyne
Was touched by what Steph said. I've always thought she looks lovely, but it's what the person themselves thinks. Lots of love and greetings to you Steph.
