Thanks to the generosity of Chris Donald, co-creator of Viz, we put together a bundle of money-can't-buy Viz goodies, which we auctioned to the highest bidder, with all money going to Comic Relief.

The lot consisted of :

Original artwork from 'Skinheed' cartoon strip (A3 size, ink on paper). Drawn by Chris Donald, 1980. First published in Viz issue No.4.

A first edition Viz annual, The Big Hard Number Two, hardback, Virgin Books 1987. First impression. Signed by Chris Donald.

Signed copy of Chris Donald's Viz autobiography, 'Rude Kids' (HarperCollins, 2004). Hardback.

Chris Purdon in Cardiff put in the winning bid of £405.

The online auction is now closed. Thank you to everyone who put in a bid and helped raise lots of money for Comic Relief.
