The Young Knives hanging on Clarky's every word
The Knives on full interview duty!

The Young Knives

A 3 piece who everyone things come from Oxford but are actually from the Midlands, The Young Knives add a sense of the absurd to their brilliant tunes!

When one member of a band is called House of Lords you hope, in fact no, you PRAY, that they're not going to take themselves too seriously.

Thankfully The Young Knives can see the ridiculous side of, well, almost everything which is rather peculiar when you consider just how hotly tipped the band are for 2006. Tight, sort, spiky little pop songs, might seem a little formulaic these days, but the Knives seem to put a different spin on it, bringing a kind of anarchic joy to being in a band and belting out songs with your brother and a mate.

Oh, and they like being hugged. A lot.
