Great managers require certain elements to make them successful. Passion, Knowledge, resources and backing from the organisation. You certainly have and know all of the above and you have enough experience to know what is good practice in terms of managing people, resources and football, and considering what you may consider as weakness, you have access to external resources and gurus to seek help from.
