'Longer term uncertainty' over BA

A planned strike by BA cabin crew due to begin today has been called off after the company won an injunction in the High Court.

BA argued that the Unite union had not "properly complied" with balloting requirements.

Marc Meryon, industrial relations partner at legal firm Bircham Dyson Bell, explains the ruling.
