France could become the first country in Europe to ban the burka. A draft law submitted to the French parliament would make it illegal for a woman to cover her face in public spaces such as hospitals and trains. And women who don't remove their veil will be refused access to the service in question. In France the term burka also encompasses the niqab which allows a woman's eyes to be seen. Correspondent Zubeida Malik gauges French Muslims' reaction to the proposals.
