'Magical time' to be in Germany

It is 20 years since demonstrations began in Leipzig in East Germany that lit the fuse for the eventual collapse of the Berlin Wall and the Soviet Empire. One of the demonstrators, Wolfgang Tiefensee - now Germany's transport minister, and Peter Millar, foreign correspondent for the Times in 1989, look back at the heady days of reunification.
