The new Milton Keynes Dons' manager Paul Ince has been explaining why he opted to leave Macclesfield for Denbiegh. He revealed that while his his heart said stay with the Silkmen, his head said go to Milton Keynes. And Ince compared the decision with the dilemma facing Arsenal striker Thierry Henry over his imminent move to Barcelona. Having guided Macclesfield to safety on the final day, Ince has moved south after an undisclosed compensation deal was agreed between the clubs. The 39-year-old former England, Manchester United, Liverpool and Wolves midfielder feels that there is bags of potential at Pete Winkleman's club, who finished fourth in League Two last season and are set to play in the 30,000-seater Stadium:MK. It's the Dons' greater resources persuaded the former England midfielder to leave the Moss Rose, and he said he wants to make it to the top of his profession. He'll bring his assistant Ray Mathias with him, as he's also left his post with the Silkmen, along with fitness coach Duncan Russell.
