After being in the office during the weekend to help out with the Saturday Sport program, I returned on Monday to put the finishing touches to some of stories from the previous week. After putting the Stockton Town v South West SC match report up, along with a picture gallery, I began work on my interview with Martin Hillerby (Stockton Town manager) which didn't take to long, just waiting for a picture to go along with the story. Now to start researching for a new story, found something on the local council website about a scheme called GAP (Get Active on Prescription). It's basically about getting people with medical conditions involved with some light exercise including, table tennis, badminton as well as other things. Before writing it up though I need to e-mail a member of the council about it, just to see if I can get an interview with someone about the scheme. So just waiting for a reply on that one. Once I get the green light for that, it should be up by the end of the week if all goes well ! last updated: 27/06/07 |
