This is one of my weekly activities from home learning. I chose the firebird song as my inspiration because I really enjoy bright colours and love creating pictures using bright colours

I love painting and I enjoyed learning about John Mathew and Stravinsky's music, as I play the cello at school too.

It is a challenge and I have used Stravinsky's Firebird as my inspiration.

I choose to paint a picture after being inspired by The Firebird Suite by Stravinsky. I used acrylic paints. The music made me feel impressed and amazed. The Firebird sounded like it was soaring and swooping elegantly and free for the first time. Thomas Jefferies, age 12.
