Male chef, dark hair, white tunic, dark striped apron: As a chef we use formulas all the time.
Take this chicken for instance, it's about 2kg at 200 degrees Celsius, it's 40 minutes per kilo plus 20 minutes so it makes 100 minutes.
Female, dark hair, striped shirt: We need to find out people's BMI to find out if they're obese or they're suffering from malnutrition.
Male, dark hair, striped tunic: So to work out the body mass index you take someone's weight and you put it over their height squared.
Male, dark hair, striped tunic: A typical staircase would be 42 degrees and you've got 250mm for each step and then you're going to have to work out how far that stair case is going to travel so you'll times that 250 by 1.1 and that will give you the going.
So that 250 will then become about 275, something like that and when you work that out that angle will be 42 degrees.
Use formulas to work out an unknown amount from known ones. Like a turkey cooking time from its weight.
