George Webster: Moodboosters educates young children to cope with their feelings

CBeebies’ George Webster teamed up with fellow presenter Rhys Stephenson for the 'Hummingbird Harmony' Moodboosters activity.

He told us he was really excited to be taking part in the initiative:

“It’s really great because it educates young children in how to cope with their feelings.”

Rhys believes the activities will benefit primary school children when it comes to boosting mental health and wellbeing.

He said: “I think it’s so important to have something where the main aim is to make children feel good, safe, and comfortable in their own skin. There’s also a huge variety in the videos, from feeling calm, and zen to feeling energised and ready to take on the day.”

Moodboosters provides primary school teachers and parents with short, simple and fun videos to support the PSHE curriculum for 5-11 year-olds.
