PSHE/Citizenship GCSE: The Glasgow Girls' Stories

In 2005, the lives of seven 15-year-old schoolgirls from Drumchapel High School in Glasgow changed forever when one of them, Agnesa Mursulaj, was removed in a dawn raid carried out by UK immigration authorities.

Ten years on (this series was filmed in 2015), the Glasgow Girls are back together to reflect on all the different ways their story has been told.

Contains some scenes which some viewers may find upsetting. Due to the sensitive nature of the subject matter, teacher viewing is recommended before watching with your students.

Suitable for: Teaching PSHE and Citizenship at KS4/GCSE in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and National 4/5 or Higher in Scotland.
