Bella Rose's Diary

Monday: You won't believe who I ran into on the dog walk…Only my crush Charlie Harps!Ahhh he actually spoke to me!"Hey Bella, would you like to do the science project together?"I acted as cool as a cucumber but inside I was thinking of our wedding song (I need you, by LeAnn Rimes).

Tuesday: Right, last night I tried to dream of Charlie Harps but I ended up dreaming that I was on a date with a sausage roll.I took a bite out of his ear and he ran away with a jam sandwich…rude.What kind of dream was that!

Wednesday: Worst day of my life! (maybe over exaggerating a little, I'm a teenager after all)My baby brother Beau came to the dining table with his bottom out.Dad was making excruciating cottage pie…yuck!Mum was dancing in her gigantic granny knickers…This is going to haunt me for the rest of my life.

Thursday: I was day dreaming in class that I was in a swimming pool full of Snickers when Mr Issac interrupted me."Bella, what is the square root of 25?""Um, infinity Snickers"The class laughed especially Charlie Harps.OMG, he thinks I'm funny!..winner, winner chicken dinner!

Friday: Mum asked me to go to bed but instead of walking which would have taken ten seconds, I crawled which took ten minutes…I showed her, LOL.Mum came in to kiss me goodnight and I blurted out…"You don't understand my pain, I'M IN LOVE with Charlie Harps (jeez Louise, I wasn't meant to say that out loud), I have a fart machine father and you're traumatising granny knickers.How on earth am I going to invite Charlie Harps over…not happening!

Saturday: I was dreaming I was a Princess and Charlie Harps was about to give me 'true loves first kiss', when Beau jumped on me.And yes, you guessed it…his bum was out.

Sunday: I bumped into Charlie Harps! He asked me if I'd like to go to his house to do our project together, phew I got out of that one.We arrived at his home and his older sister was doing inappropriate TikTok dances.His Mum was getting baby photos out and calling him her "snuggle bunny".His Dad dropped ice-cream on the floor, scooped it up (with dog hairs and dirt) and ate it, gross!Charlie Harps went bright red.I decided to tell him all about my family so he wouldn't feel embarrassed.I even told him about Mums XXL knickers.We were both laughing when his mum called out from the kitchen,"Snuggle bunny, dinners ready. We hope you love cottage pie Bella""Yes, thank you. It's my favourite" (A little white lie won't hurt).After dinner we started the project and Charlie Harps's mum gave us a cup of hot chocolate and a tub of Celebrations.We opened the lid.All that was left were…Snickers
