Title: Poetry 15 year old Ipswich schoolboy Nee Hi (aka Pascal Robinson-Foster) started writing verse in 2004 and is becoming an established performance poet. He was invited to perform at the Black & Asian Police Association conference in Manchester in 2005 and is a mentor for young people in his hometown.
