Whilst we should never forget these horrific events, it's important to remember that Suffolk is a great place to be and we should do all we can to let others know that too. ![]() Enjoying the airshow on Lowestoft beach So here at the BBC we're launching a campaign called 'Suffolk - Open for business!' It's a simple idea, send an ecard to someone you know using the links on the right. It could be friends or family at home or abroad. Tell your friends and family around the world that Suffolk is open for business! Alternatively, pick up one of our special 'Suffolk - Open for business' postcards from our studios at Broadcasting House, Ipswich, or look out for us at events in the county like the Suffolk show or the Lowestoft airshow. ![]() Ipswich Music Day We should never forget those dark days of last winter but at the same time it's important we look forward as well. I'm hoping that this campaign will show that Suffolk is a bright, vibrant place to visit with loads going on. Hopefully those who receive the cards will come and have a look for themselves, and see the wealth of attractions Suffolk has to offer. *Mark Murphy is the presenter of BBC Radio Suffolk's Breakfast show, which is broadcast weekdays between 6.30am and 9am. last updated: 11/04/2008 at 12:39 Have Your SaySuffolk is open for business and ready to welcome visitors.
