BBC Suffolk Introducing

Add your band to BBC Introducing...

With close links between Radio One, 6 Music, 1Xtra and right across the BBC, BBC Suffolk Introducing is dedicated to supporting our county's musicians.

Introducing the BBC Uploader

BBC Introducing has developed a new tool which allows musicians to send their music to the BBC, and to follow its progress on to the airwaves.

By adding your music via the BBC Introducing Uploader you will receive notification when we've listened to one of your tracks. A further email will be sent if either BBC Radio Suffolk or any of the other BBC stations broadcasts your music.

So a farewell to missing emails or CDs getting lost in the post - BBC Uploader will hopefully provide an ideal platform for your band to communicate with BBC Introducing and to keep up to date with airplay.

The BBC Uploader will also be used by BBC Suffolk Introducing, and the other BBC local sites, to put forward our recommendations for slots at some of the UK's biggest festivals, including Glastonbury and Reading/Leeds.

Submit your music

BBC Introducing is a broad church and we welcome original music from any genre. You can submit your music and find out more about the Uploader by following the link below:

BBC Suffolk Introducing will still be interviewing bands from the county for features on this website.

Every Tuesday evening at 6.30pm Richard Haugh joins Stephen Foster on BBC Radio Suffolk to highlight new music that has been submitted to the website.

We look forward to hearing from you.
