Ten local juniors, seven from the Bury St Edmunds based Bury Bombers (George Collins, Aiden Hughes, James Newton, Jack Perry, Adam Redfern, Alex Redfern and Richard Trumpess) and three from Cambridgeshire's Hereward Heat (William Hipwell, Robert West and Henry White) played, making up the Eastern Region team.

They fought fiercely in the final on Sunday morning, coming second with a very creditable score of 15-25 against the more powerful Yorkshire team.
