Kelly is only 18 but has some big responsibilites. Her mum died of cancer last year, her dad is badly ill with emphysema, and she has to care for an elder sister who's brain-damaged. But Kelly, from Meir Hay in Stoke-on-Trent, tackles all this cheerfully - and has won an award for her efforts.
