Hot topics

Topics up for discussion were chosen by the students, with questions including local facilities, opportunities, crime, ID cards, religion, fox hunting and sex education.

There was strong opinion, insight and humour – especially when the panel was asked for their thoughts on the term ‘chav’, and found themselves unanimously lost for words!

But panel and audience alike, it showed just how much people enjoy a lively discussion.

Wait, there's more!

The debate doesn’t stop here though...

The Question Time recording will be aired in Stuart George’s programme on BBC Radio Stoke over the course of 14th-18th March, as a starting point for more discussion.
