| | Excuse the cheap joke at the Vale's expense, but thanks to club director Paul Humphreys, chairman Bill Bratt and the club shop, those legions of ladies with a love for the Vale have a novel ("navel"?) way of showing their support for the club!
The Stoke-on-Trent side may be mid-table in League One (essentially the third division of English football... Don't ask?!), but will be hoping they'll be more of a success with their new merchandise!
Sexy models pose! Our hot models Kim and Joe modelled the new ladies and mens underwear - and you can see the fruity photos here! Click here to see the sexy snaps! (Check out the witty caption competition too - things for the winners) |
Scantily-clad The new range of underwear is emblazoned with the Vale crest, so for all those of you who imagined seeing your partner scantily clad in your fave team's kit can now indulge in something a little more erotic...
And let's face it, there's not a lot of passion in a polyester replica shirt!
What about the blokes? Don't worry gents, you've not been left out in the cold!
Vale have also lined up a selection of mens' underwear, in a selection of 'manly' styles like the 'boxer', to get you parading like Paynter in front of the 'missus'.
So there's no way you'll fail to 'score' with the Vale on your side...
Either way, as long as your partner isn't playing away in these saucy garments, everyone's a winner!
And the players... Maybe goalkeeper Johnny Brain keeps a thong in his glove bag as a lucky charm or perhaps the secret of Jeff Smith's tricky wingplay is his new Vale boxers?
Where can I get a pair? The new range will be available at Port Vale's club shop on Hamil Road in Burslem, as well being sold on the club's online shop. See their website The BBC is not responsible for the content of external websites.
So next time you pop into the shop to buy a programme or a scarf don't be surprised to find a skimpy thong hanging up alongside the rail of away shirts!Pants... Of course, the irony of this latest venture has not been lost on Stoke fans, who would be the first to say Vale are 'pants...'
But then, when was the last time Stoke City were first for anything? |
