This view from the car park of the Mermaid Inn is one of my favourite scenes in North Staffordshire.
On the left far distance is Gun Hill with Cloud End just visible. Behind Hen Cloud can be seen the large expanse of South Cheshire You can just about see Jodrell Bank telescope just above the right of this hill.
To the right of Hen Cloud can be seen the long ridge of The Roaches. At the right side is Ramshaw Rocks - one of the features on this outcrop is 'The Winking Man' rock formation.
