Nearly 40 years on it’s what keeps him where he is. Have you ever felt you really belonged to a community? Has a group of people ever made you feel truly welcome in a new place? Well, for Ray Elias, a Jew who came to England from India in the late 1960s, it wasn't until he came to Stoke-on-Trent that he felt he truly belonged.
