Uttoxeter's Flourish Festival

Watch, listen or get involved with the arts taking place in the town of Uttoxeter during the annual Flourish Arts Festival.

The Uttoxeter Arts and Food Festival or 'Flourish' is a week-long summer festival dedicated to a wide range of art forms, music and and food.
The events take place at venues in and around the town centre, from creating art at St Mary's Church, storytelling in the library, to music gigs in the local schools!

The festival which usually takes place in late June / early July, has been going since its successful pilot in 2005.
If you live in the town, ou'll be alerted that it's on with the bog Opening Parade.

In the past there have been a huge variety of events. These include outdoor art exhibitions, an 'art challenge' at St Mary's Church and the popular music festival.
The town's main institutions get involved too from St. Mary’s Church and The Thomas Alleyne's High School to The Old Star 'art-pub'.

The Festival is largely free.
An information point can be found at The Maltings (off the High Street), and full details of all the events taking place during the festival on the Flourish website at www.flourishfestival.co.uk

Enjoy!
