A tribute to Gordon Alcock

BBC Staffordshire TV looks back at the life of the Staffordshire actor Gordon Alcock...

Known as one of Stoke on Trent's finest acting talents, Gordon Alcock passed away on Monday 8 Feb 2006, aged 72. He was born in Cheadle, and lived in Normacot.

As well as appearing in the West End, and TV shows such as Bread, Coronation Street and The Bill, he was also keen on amateur dramatics. Errol Murray went to meet some of his friends and colleagues to hear about his life.
