Former Wales football star Robbie Savage is well known for his outspoken views, feisty tackles and flowing blonde locks but in recent years he's calmed down and changed his approach to the game and to life in general.
The Derby County midfield maestro might be in the latter days of his career but he's still loving his football under manager Nigel Clough and this week takes time out to chat with Ian Gwyn Hughes.
THE GLAMORGAN REVIEW - 2009
Once again Glamorgan have had a mixed summer. A miserable year in both the Twenty20 and the Pro40 competitions, however there were signs of improvement in the County Championship where they came 5th in Division Two. But there were just eight wins in all competitions.
The club have been criticised for concentrating more on the Ashes and the stadium than on squad improvement and player investment, but, it has to be said the Ashes were an incredible success.

Wrexham currently sit in the bottom half of the Blue Square Premier and the pressure is mounting on manager Dean Saunders to turn things round at the Racecourse.

Sport Wales followed three Welsh teams as they went to compete in the British Cheerleading Championships in Brighton.
Cheerleading is massive in America but here in Britain it is not recognised as a sport.
