400m runner Jamie Baulch will be hoping to run rings round the other Superstars contenders - but the fun-loving Welshman's motto is "always enjoy yourself." The 30-year-old proved he is a good team player when he struck silver in the 400m relay at the 1996 Olympics.
But his best year came back in 1999 when he won all of his indoor races en route to winning the World Indoor title in Japan.
He also finished second in the Welsh school trampoline championships in 1991 - so he should have no problems bouncing back after a poor start.
Baulch has fond memories of Brian Jacks from the original series and thinks he will do well in the gym.
But he claims to be a "useless" football player and doesn't expect to hit too many bullseyes in the archery.
