MotoGP - Estoril

Sunday's show opens with MotoGP action as the Estoril circuit in Portugal stages the penultimate race of what has developed into an enthralling season.

Reigning champion Valentino Rossi looked to have no chance of a sixth successive title earlier in the season, having suffered a series of injury and mechanical problems.

But the Italian has hauled himself back into contention with a series of superb rides and is now only 12 points behind America's Nicky Hayden.

One mistake or moment of brilliance for either rider could prove pivotal at this late stage of the season.

Suzi Perry presents the coverage, with commentary from Charlie Cox and Steve Parrish.

Rugby league - Super League Grand Final highlights

Clare Balding then presents highlights of rugby league's domestic showpiece, the Super League Grand Final between St Helens and Hull.

Over 60,000 fans will pack into Old Trafford to see who will be crowned the 2006 champions.

St Helens are the odds-on favourites to end their four-year barren spell after topping the table in the regular season, but Hull cannot be discounted after knocking out holders Bradford in the final eliminator.

Darts - Winmau World Masters

Ray Stubbs is then at Leisure World in Bridlington, where the climax of darts' Winmau World Masters takes place.

Reigning champion Raymond Van Barneveld is ineligible for this year's tournament but there are plenty of quality players who will be vying for the trophy.

The likes of Martin Adams, Ted 'The Count' Hankey and 2004 winner Mervyn King will all hope to be in the shake-up today.

Tony Green and David Croft provide the commentary.
