This weekend the show comes from Birmingham's Alexander Stadium, the venue for the Norwich Union Trials & AAA athletics Championships.

Athletes will be competing both for the UK national athletics championships and to qualify for August's World Championships in Paris.

The men's 100m is sure to attract the most attention with European champion Dwain Chambers going head-to-head with Mark Lewis Francis.

In the women's events, Lee McConnell will be looking to qualify in the 400m.
