Over a quarter of a million people are set to pull on their red sock and go the extra mile for Sport Relief this week. More than 100,000 people have already signed up to do the mile on Sport Relief Saturday, July 15.
And a further 200,000 children at schools across the UK are raring to go to raise money for Sport Relief.
Don't worry if you haven't signed up yet as there is one last chance sign up for most of the Miles at the events on Saturday - but make sure you get there early!

Make sure you go to the Sport Relief website first and check availability for the Mile you want to enter.
The really great news is that the main London Mile is full with a record 20,000 Milers signed up and ready to go - there are other miles taking place in the capital.

Prince William completed his mile at Sandhurst on Saturday and encouraged everyone to take part in this "awesome" event.

Speaking afterwards, the Prince said: "I really enjoyed the day. It's awesome.
"I really hope next week that everyone gets involved wherever they are."
Tony Blair has also gone the extra mile, alongside London 2012 chairman Lord Sebastian Coe in Stratford, the venue for the London Olympics.
And David Walliams has topped the lot by swimming the English Channel!
