(Not all contributions can be used)1935: Murray's still chatting to the umpire about that line call at 5-3 and the incident in that last game. It's all very friendly though. Good stuff from Murray - although Acasuso didn't put up much of a fight. The Brit faces Nicolas Almagro in round three. I sense a five-setter. Don't forget to join Stevo for the football. Bye. Live - International football Murray 6-4 6-0 6-4 Acasuso Murray wastes two match points and then faces a break point when his racquet clips the linesman as he plays a forehand. Murray wants to play the point again but apparently that's not allowed. He sees off the danger though and takes the match at the third opportunity. He's absolutely ruddy delighted too. 1828: "Acasuso has shown some fine touches when he's been allowed to but that just emphasises how well Murray has played." BBC Sport's Mark Petchey Murray 6-4 6-0 5-4 Acasuso Hold to love. Murray will have to serve this out. Murray 6-4 6-0 5-3 Acasuso Ooh, a touch of controversy as Murray sticks a serve down the middle at 30-30 which is called out. The umpire seems to be looking at the wrong mark as he also calls it out. Murray manages to smile... well, he does when he eventually wins the point. Murray 6-4 6-0 4-3 Acasuso Just as it was all looking a bit brighter for Chucho, he goes walkabout again. Another double hands Murray the break and that is surely that. Chucho smashes his racquet. 1921: "Crikey. I go away to have my dinner and in that time Murray has completely bashed Acasuso in the 2nd set and started strongly in the 3rd. Shows what can happen in sport in the time it takes to eat a Chicken Kiev." nowthennathan on 606 Join the debate on 606 Murray 6-4 6-0 3-3 Acasuso Look at that Serena broke back at 3-5 in the second set. How often do you see that in women's tennis? Acasuso still making too many mistakes to trouble Murray on serve. Murray 6-4 6-0 2-3 Acasuso Dogged from Acasuso, flinging a forehand cross-court to make it 40-15. An astute drop shot wins him the game. Meanwhile, peace at last as home favourite Michael Llodra completes victory over Tommy Berdych. Serena Williams could be into a deciding set against Mathilde Johansson. What? Murray 6-4 6-0 2-2 Acasuso A comfortable hold there. A break now wouldn't go amiss. I don't think Chucho would fancy coming back from that. 1911: "Looks like Murray has this one all but sewn up. Just like Henman did many a time... I don't think I'll leave just yet." Anon via text on 81111 Murray 6-4 6-0 1-2 Acasuso Murray is unlucky not to force deuce as a delicate volley clips the net and drops his side. Chucho's hanging on in there. Meanwhile, the racket from Court Two continues as Michael Llodra breaks in the fifth set against Tommy Berdych. 1907: "I think Murray wants to make sure he can get back to his hotel and watch USA beat England!" johnnodaniel on 606 Join the debate on 606 Murray 6-4 6-0 1-1 Acasuso Solid serving from Murray. One break and we should be done and dusted here. Not that I'm hungry or anything. Murray 6-4 6-0 0-1 Acasuso Acasuso's not quite done yet - maybe chumbawumba2 (see 1856) has got a point. It's hardly convincing stuff but he does hold from deuce. Meanwhile, Marc from Oxford rubs salt in our university student's wounds (see 1833). "Written not 'wrote'," he says. Harsh. SECOND SET Murray 6-4 6-0 Acasuso A whitewash it is. Acasuso looks a broken man. Oh look, there's a Scottish flag in the crowd. That's nice. 1856: "He doesn't look injured, just disinterested. Classic Chucho match this. Don't be surprised if he turns it on from the third set. He probably won't though." chumbawumba2 on 606 Join the debate on 606 Murray 6-4 5-0 Acasuso Gasps all round as Murray impudently picks up a rasping forehand from Acasuso and flicks it over his head and onto the baseline. BBC commentator Mark Petchey can hardly contain himself. Another double from Chucho gives Murray the break point and a return winner leaves the Argentine staring at an embarrassing second-set whitewash. 1852: "I thought this guy was supposed to be good on clay! I backed Murray to win 3-1 thinking Chuch was half-way decent." Big dave in Belfast, via text on 81111 Murray 6-4 4-0 Acasuso Hold on... the real Acasuso returns, smacking a few decent groundstrokes to earn a 30-0 lead, but a magnificent volley gets back Murray back in it. It's like 2004 Tim Henman... 1847: "This is Scary Murray, the one that makes people think of Grand Slams." philosophicalarfster on 606 Join the debate on 606 Murray 6-4 3-0 Acasuso Well, Murray's challenge now is to keep his focus against an opponent who is all over the place. Two doubles in that game. We might be done in time for England-USA at this rate. Murray 6-4 2-0 Acasuso A flash of brilliance from Chuch, caressing a backhand pass cross-court. Murray responds with two fabulous drop shots, testing out Acasuso's suspect leg. Easy. Murray 6-4 1-0 Acasuso Murray plays his first bad drop shot, a woeful effort that doesn't even reach the net. Still, his lob's working alright. He flips one up and onto the baseline to make it deuce and then Acasuso makes two lame mistakes to hand Murray the break. Chucho looks like he's struggling with an injury. He's not up for this at all. FIRST SET Murray 6-4 Acasuso Plenty of muttering from Acasuso as he shanks a return to give Murray a 30-0 lead. The Brit takes the set with a sensational backhand winner. Barry Davies says he is "tempted to say that's the best Murray has ever played on a clay-court". 1833: "Just wrote a 3rd-standard essay in one of my finals. Murray winning might stop me jumping out the window. No pressure though." Anon via text on 81111 Murray 5-4 Acasuso Lots of panto booing and hissing coming over from Court 2 where Frenchman Michael Llodra is in action. Murray takes it to deuce but he'll have to serve this out. Murray 5-3 Acasuso Acasuso fires a bullet of a forehand down the line to win the opening point but Murray again plays a drop shot of the good variety to draw level and isn't troubled again. Serena Williams seems to be having a bit of difficulty getting past Mathilde Johansson - a player I'm willing to bet Williams had never heard of before this tournament. Murray 4-3 Acasuso Murray has a breather after that last game, allowing Acasuso to hold easily. The winner of this match will face Spain's Nicolas Almagro in round three. Almagro has just cruised past Sebastian Decoud 7-6 6-2 6-1. Murray 4-2 Acasuso A spot of bother. Acasuso gives an enticing Murray volley the treatment to go 40-15 up. More brilliant net play gets the Brit out of trouble but a forehand into the net lets Acasuso in again. The Argentine belts a wild forehand long and Murray survives. Murray 3-2 Acasuso According to the BBC's Mark Petchey, Acasuso is left-handed at everything except tennis. Interesting. Murray gets back to 40-30 with a stunning backhand but Acasuso hangs on. Murray's going to have to keep up this level if he's going to stay on top. Murray 3-1 Acasuso This performance is already about a million percent better than Sunday's. I'm not even exaggerating. Murray is dictating play, something he singularly failed to do against Eysseric. Murray 2-1 Acasuso Chucho's on the board. He got that nickname because when he was a toddler, he pronounced his name "Acachucho". A fact to amaze your friends with. 1806: "Acasuso looks like Michael Ballack in the picture on the BBC Sport homepage!" jmb on 606 Join the debate on 606 Murray 2-0 Acasuso Strange game. Murray plays all the attacking tennis, producing two phenomenal volleys to make it 40-30, but Acasuso digs in and earns a break point. Pas de probleme. Another clutch volley gets him out of trouble. 1800: "Muzza should give this chap a good thrashing... Don't believe all this tough match talk. Murray straight sets." Tim, London, via text on 81111 Murray 1-0 Acasuso BBC commentator Barry Davies reckons Murray looked sharper just walking onto the court. Blimey. Can't say I noticed that, but he looks pretty good in the first game. A drop shot - a good one - brings Acasuso in and Murray sticks the lob back over his opponent's head to earn two break points. He thrashes a backhand return down the line and it's a perfect start. 1755: Right, away we go then. Murray chooses to receive. 1755: Jose Acasuso may be a specialist on the dirt but he's not had a lot of luck recently. The man they call Chucho has won only two matches on European clay - and one of those came when his opponent retired. 1750: "This game will be a pivotal game in Murray's clay-court campaign. Win it and his confidence will fly lose it and it could affect Wimbledon!" ROCKFMBUS on 606 Join the debate on 606 Big talk from ROCKFMBUS. 1746: "This game will be very close today, probably going to four or five sets." Mike-MCFC on 606 Join the debate on 606 1743: Your texts are already flooding in (on 81111, folks). Chris has got a tenner on Gael Monfils to get to the quarters. He'll be pleased to have seen Monfils destroy fellow Frenchman Arnaud Clement just now. Bit of a frosty encounter that. And here's another missive: "Im kirsten, im 12, and i pretended to be on holiday in rainy ipswich!!!" 1740: Weather seems to be holding up in Paris today, although it is still quite windy which could test Murray's cool. 1735: After stumbling past French wildcard Jonathan Eysseric in round one, Andy Murray is up against Argentina's Jose Acasuso today. Murray probably can't afford to give the clay-court specialist a two sets to one head-start, and while I'm no expert, I would think fewer rubbish drop-shots are in order. Let's see shall we?
