Roger Federer was honoured with a record four awards as the ATP 2006 awards were handed out in Miami. The world number one was named ATP Player of the Year for the third year running after claiming the US Open, Wimbledon and Australian crowns.
He was also voted by his peers to receive the Sportsmanship award, and by the fans to win the Fans Favourite.
The Swiss 25-year-old also earned the Arthur Ashe Foundation Award for his charity's work in South Africa.
Federer has been providing schooling and housing assistance for children in South Africa since 2004 and is also a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador.
