Eighth seeds Katarina Srebotnik and Nenad Zimonjic won the mixed doubles title at the French Open. Slovakian Srebotnik and Serbian Zimonjic beat seventh seeds Elena Likhovtseva of Russia and Canadian Daniel Nestor 6-3 6-4.
Srebotnik and Zimonjic fought back from 2-4 down in the second set to clinch the title in 72 minutes.
It is Srebotnik's third Grand Slam mixed doubles title and a first for her 30-year-old partner.
Srebotnik won the title at Roland Garros with Piet Norval in 1999 and also won the 2003 US Open with Bob Bryan.
