Coria has been replaced at this year's French Open by Oliver Marach |
Former French Open finalist Guillermo Coria has pulled out of this year's tournament because of an elbow injury. The 24-year-old Argentine, who reached the 2004 final at Roland Garros, will be replaced by Austrian Oliver Marach.
Arnaud Clement, who had been due to face world number one Roger Federer in the first round, is also out after succumbing to a groin injury.
The Frenchman was joined on the sidelines by Coria's countryman Agustin Calleri, another late withdrawal.
Clement and Calleri will be replaced by two lucky losers when the qualifying rounds end on Saturday.
Organisers have given wild card entries to Frenchman Olivier Patience and Alicia Molik of Australia.
Molik's compatriot Nathan Healey and France's Jean-Christophe Faurel and Youlia Fedossova were also invited.
