 Venus Williams looks to be getting back to top form |
Venus Williams has joined a formidable United States squad to face Belgium in the Fed Cup quarter-finals. Williams will line up alongside younger sister Serena and world number one Lindsay Davenport.
"This is the strongest Fed Cup team we've fielded in years with three of the top ten players in the world," said US captain Zina Garrison.
The tie will be played on 23-24 April at Delray Beach.
Belgium are hoping their top two players Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin-Hardenne will be fit.
Clijsters has just returned from a long lay-off with a shoulder injury while Henin-Hardenne id back after a knee injury.
