All the action from the second men's semi-final on Court One as Mario Ancic and Andy Roddick finish off their delayed match.


Fourth set

Ancic 5-7 Roddick
With victory within his grasp, the American number two seed goes down 15-30, much to the delight to Ancic-supporting crowd. He battles back before his eighth double fault of the match puts the win in jeopardy.

But Roddick holds it together to convert his third match point with a forehand crosscourt winner for game, set and match.

Ancic 5-6 Roddick
A huge double fault by Ancic puts his service in crisis for the first time this set before he double faults again to hand Roddick a vital break.

Ancic 5-5 Roddick
Roddick faces some pressure to hold on as he moves to 40-30 but after a dramatic rally in which the ball trips the net twice, the American clinches the game with a dop volley.

Serving for the set, Roddick does not disappoint, securing the game and set.

Ancic drives another low volley into the net to hand Roddick two break points, which the American converts to take a vital lead in the third set.

The American number two seed gets off to better start than his last after a delay, cruising to a comfortable service game.

1322 BST: Play resumes as the covers come off and both players look to earn a showdown with Roger Federer in the final.

1249 BST: Play suspended and the covers are on after a few drops of rain in the air, much to the annoyance of Ancic, who is leading 5-4 in the third set.

Great start for Ancic as the Croatian immediately breaks Roddick's serve to move back level in the second set.

19:15: Play suspended with the score at 30-40 on Roddick's serve. Neither player happy, given that no rain has fallen (for a change).

It's Good Goran/Bad Goran all over again as Ancic flits from the sublime to the ridiculous. Somehow manages to stay in the set after saving a double-break point.

Aces? They're just like buses to Andy Roddick - you wait all evening for one and then three come along at once. The American is talking to himself, Ancic is talking to the umpire - the crowd are simply loving every moment.

Ancic surrenders the break with a double fault and a feeble forehand. The Croat seems unhappy about something and Roddick takes full advantage.

Roddick takes advantage of the new balls, hitting the fastest serve of the match (144mph) as he begins to find his rhythm.

The American lets out a groan of despair as he mis-hits a backhand at 30-15 down. This is to prove his last chance, Ancic finishing with an ace.
