Mark Philippoussis apologised for his outburst during the third set of his match against Tim Henman. The Australian was asked whether he regretted being cautioned for an audible obscenity, with the match being broadcast live on BBC Television.
"It's not a good situation to be in when the kids can hear something like that," said Philippoussis.
"For that I apologise. I was clearly upset and showed it, but it was spur of the moment."
