Going by what happened to the Under-23 side last weekend, Kenya will need to work very hard to get through. Its just a 1-0 victory they need. Kenya will be in Tunisia if past home record is to carry the day.
Ralph Abanja, Kisumu City
Three from the East Africa region will be in Tunisia for the cup of Nations come next year. Wait for the weekend and then watch this website. Kenya, Rwanda and Ethiopia go for it.
Ndondo Abanja, Kisumu, Kenya.
I think the Ethiopians will make it this time after a long absence from the nations cup. I really support the coach and players even if they don't make it in Guinea.
Kibruyisfa.
Football has gone beyond big names. Ask Brazil and France. So let us wish the best teams good wishes to join the rest.
Tola, Abuja, Nigeria.
In as much as I would love to have Sierra Leone qualify for the Nations Cup, realistically our chances are slim. But good luck Leone Stars
Justin John-Langba, Maryland, USA
Ghana will sail through no matter what players represent. it's better if Ghana use unknown players than the swollen headed profs.
Henry, Germany
I think Kibaki's Boys - that is Kenya's Harambee Stars - will qualify as the standard of soccer in Cape Verde is very low as compared to the Kenyans.
Edgar Fidelis, Dar-es-Salaam,Tanzania.
Hey Zimbabweans, I hope this time around we`ll make it. I can feel it in my bones. Tunisia here we come.
Adrian Chicks, Zimbabwe.
Kenya this time are in for an epic duel and a win is certain because we've got to make it to Tunisia. This is the golden opportunity and we can't allow it to slip from our hands. I amm really longing for tomorrow's match. We've got one foot in Tunisia.
Wilfred Mutisya, Mombasa, Kenya.
Zimbabwe will go through as top in the group
Lance, Zimbabwe.
I think Sierra Leone stand a better chance of qualifying for the Nations Cup as the best runner-up.
Abdul Jawara, Virginia, USA
I see Ghana, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Kenya prevailing, while the Ethiopians will not make it.
Chitavi, USA.
It will be easy for Ghana no matter what the Rwandans do on Sunday.
Joel Kotei, Ghanaian in France
Madagascar need to score 17 goals to stop Egypt from going to Tuinsia. This is impossible!
Dr Sami Ahmed, UK
I think Ghana will find it difficult to win in Rwanda. Looking at the level of preparation and our performance two weeks ago, it will be a miracle if we make it in Kigali. All the same I wish the Black Stars well.
Andrew Y, USA
If Zimbabwe's Warriors don't make it this time, then they should quit international football. Of course, the Chipolopolo of Zambia will be in Tunisia but watch out for South Africa.
Thandie Matsatsa, Lagos
Zimbabwe will finally qualify for the Nations Cup finals. This time they have the mental strength to qualify. The coach, Sunday Marimo, has knows what it takes to win big matches becuase he took Dynamos to the Chanpions League final in 1998.
Dzio, Canada
I think Kenya will not blow it this time because I have confidence in our upcoming stars.
Ray, Italy
Ghana is a strong force when it comes to African football, and I don't see the Rwandans posing any threat.
Akin Adelakun, Ogbomoso, Nigeria
Dark horses Ethiopia will be at the Nations Cup finals. They convinced me after their performance against Niger.
Surafel KG, USA
When it comes to the Nation Cup, we are always there, so Tunisia will be no problem. The Black Stars will be there.
Poco Tee, Port Gentil,Gabon
No doubt, the Black Stars are getting the win they need in Rwanda. African football hasn't yet changed and the big names still ride. With players such as Stephen Appiah of Juventus, we're not missing out.
Cephas Laryea, USA
You have not mentioned Benin but this country has a chance to win a home game against Zambia on Sunday and qualify for the first time. Just wait and see.
CYRAN HOUNNOU, Louisiana USA
First of all, Sierra Leone will make it to the Nations Cup either as best runner-up or if Morocco slip in Malabo. Gabon is no match for Leone Stars. The best strike force I would like to see is Mohamed Kallon and Paul Kpaka.
Sheku M. Jalloh, Sierra Leonian in Gambia
Benin will have a tough encounter against Zambia, but I see them making use of home ground advantage to top their group. The Stalions of Burkina Faso have strong chances of winning in Bangui, which would mean qualification for their fifth consecutive Nations Cup.
Aziz Diallo, Burkina Faso
I think Ghana will beat Rwanda and qualify. Zimbabwe have a chance since they are playing at home. Sierra Leone should get the best runners-up spot and Kenya will falter and miss out. Should be an interesting weekend.
Mike Vallone, USA
Zimbabwe will make it this time around.
Rodreck Tavaziva, Zimbabwe
My country Sierra Leone has a great chance, especially this time as we have Paul Kpaka and Mohamed Kallon in attack.
Alusine Koroma, UK
If Madagascar scores 17 goals, it will be very suspicious and if it happens, then I advise the Egyptian FA to protest to Fifa.
Amr Zaki, Toronto
It's intersting to see that Nations Cup qualifiers are becoming more and more competitive. Good games they all are, let's enjoy some football action accros the continent this weekend.
Dovi Amuzu, Nigeria
Kenya will definitely be there after a very long absence.
Angwenyi Gichana, Kisii, Kenya
I think Ghana will pull through along with the usual suspects. I believe Kenya really deserve to be back but my heart goes out to Zimbabwe.
Wembe GO, Kenya
Definitely the Atalas Lions of Morocco will be in Tunisia.
Mohammed Safiani, Virginia, USA
