BBC Scotland's Katie Still speaks to three of the competitors from day 3 of the Scottish National Championships - Kris Gilchrist who won the 100m breaststroke, Kerry Buchan who won the 200m breaststroke in a close-fought race against Hannah Miley and Miley herself, who is competing in many races as part of her preparation for the Europeans in August and ultimately the Commonwealth Games in October.
