Doncaster Knights lock Bryn Griffiths and prop Tom Davies have completed their move to join Cardiff Blues. Cardiff Blues director of rugby Dai Young said: "With the Rugby World Cup season fast approaching many teams will have their squads stretched. "We are glad to be able to strengthen our squad and bring Welsh talent back to Wales." A third Doncaster player, scrum-half Nicky Griffiths, will be at Newport Gwent Dragons next season. Doncaster, who are coached by former Cardiff boss Lynn Howells, play in England's second-tier Championship. Lock Griffiths, 28, is a former Wales Under-18 and Under-21 player and has played for the Dragons, while prop Davies has played for Wales Under-18. "I'm sure both Bryn and Tom will provide extra quality in depth in the front and second rows," Young added. Dragons-bound scrum-half Griffiths, 25, arrived at Doncaster via Cornish Pirates, Pertemps Bees, Worcester and the Ospreys, and was also been a member of the Wales Under-19 and Under-21 squads during his junior days.
