Wales lock Alun Wyn Jones suffered an ankle injury against England |
Wales lock Alun Wyn Jones has been ruled out of Saturday's RBS Six Nations game against Scotland in Cardiff. The 6ft 5in Osprey suffered an ankle knock late on in Saturday's 26-19 win over England at Twickenham, Wales' first win there in 20 years.
Jonathan Thomas remains doubtful after the flanker suffered a 13th-minute blow to the head in a tackle by England fly-half Jonny Wilkinson.
But scrum-half Dwayne Peel is available after missing the England win.

With Jones failing to recover, Wales coach Warren Gatland is likely to start with Ian Evans at lock and has called Cardiff Blues second-row Deiniol Jones into the squad.
Should Thomas also be ruled out, Llanelli Scarlets forward Alix Popham is likely to come into the back row.
Popham took over from Thomas against England and would pack down at number eight against the Scots, with captain Ryan Jones moving to blind-side flanker.
Centre Tom Shanklin and prop Gethin Jenkins are tipped to force their way into the starting line-up after the Cardiff Blues pair impressed off the bench at Twickenham, with Sonny Parker and Adam Jones making way.
Although Peel is now fit, Mike Phillips' try-scoring performance at Twickenham should see him keep the number nine shirt.
Scotland arrive in Cardiff having lost their championship opener 27-6 at home to France, while Wales will be looking to build further momentum.
