Wales begin this season's IRB Sevens World Series campaign on 30 November with the opening round in Dubai. Dai Rees' side have been drawn in Pool C alongside Samoa, Kenya and the USA.
Samoa are top seeds in Pool C, while defending World Series champions New Zealand are unsurprisingly the overall top seeds at the Exiles Rugby ground.
Wales will compete in all eight rounds of the 2007/8 competition after being comfirmed as a 'core' team, having entered just six rounds last term.
