Our regular shows throughout the season are on BBC Two Wales with live games on Friday and the magazine show on Sunday, but watch our coverage page for variations.

UK digital viewers living outside of Wales can watch Scrum V live games on BBCi. Tune into any BBC Two channel and press the red button to access the interactive service.

Friday's game can be seen live on the Scrum V website, while Sunday's show is available live and on demand (sports rights permitting) for one week following the last show (UK users only. May be available in Real Player only).

Scrum V has a regular slot throughout the season on Thursday on BBC Radio Wales, but watch our coverage page for variations.
