 Owens will be in charge of three pool games |
Welsh referees Nigel Owens and Hugh Watkins have been selected as officials for this autumn's Rugby World Cup. Pontyberem man Owens, 35, will referee three pool games, including Australia v Fiji, and will then be considered as an official in the knockout stages.
Maesteg's Watkins, 43, will act as a touch judge in seven pool games, including New Zealand v Scotland and France v Ireland.
New Zealander Steve Walsh will referee Wales' crucial game with Australia.
