Llandovery prop Endaf Howells scored a dramatic injury-time try to snatch the Konica Minolta Cup from Cardiff's grasp at the Millennium Stadium. The cup looked to be heading to Cardiff when fly-half Craig Evans, his side's only scorer, landed a second drop-goal on 86 minutes to take a 18-13 lead.
But Llandovery surged up the field and Howells made the most of a huge overlap to run in from five yards.
Howard Thomas converted, as he did to a first-half Vivian Jenkins try.
That was the final kick of the match, sparking wild celebrations as Llandovery secured the Welsh Cup for the first time in their proud history.
