The Ospreys have confirmed the signing of ex-New Zealand and Wellington Hurricanes number eight Filo Tiatia. The 34-year-old, who has been playing for Japanese side Toyota Verblitz for the past four years, has arrived on a two-year deal at the west Wales region.
Tiatia, who stands at 6ft 5in and weighs 120kg, won two All Black caps in 2000, against Tonga and Italy.
"Filo has a fearsome reputation and is a renowned big tackler," said Ospreys manager Derwyn Jones.
