Sidoli has been linked with a move to an English club |
Wales lock Robert Sidoli has pledged his future to Cardiff Blues by signing a new contract. Sidoli joined the Blues in 2003 after the demise of the Celtic Warriors and has become an integral part of the team at the Arms Park.
The 6ft 5in lock played in every game of Wales' Grand Slam side last season.
He said: "I'm delighted to sign a new contract and I'm happy with the way things are progressing. There's real potential in the squad for success."
Blues chief executive Robert Norster added: "Rob's contract extension is a good move for both the region and the player.
"He is an athletic and talented line out forward who has many good seasons ahead of him and we look forward to Rob continuing to do well here at Blues."
